NORTH READING, Mass. (January 30, 2007) — Classified Realty located at 134 Park Street in North Reading is very pleased to welcome Ms. Geralyn Farrelly and Ms. Lisa Santilli to the agency’s staff of real estate sales professionals. Geri Farrelly of Valley Road has been a life long resident of North Reading. She and her husband, Kevin, are raising two young children both of whom are enrolled in the North Reading Public School system. Ms. Farrelly believes the top notch education her children are receiving is just one of the many outstanding things the town has to offer its residents. Geri also believes it’s important to be involved in the community. She is a member of the Little School PTO and she serves on the North Reading Parks and Recreation Committee.
Geri’s commitment to providing outstanding customer service to her clients’ stems from her background in the Healthcare and Education Industries. Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Geri traveled throughout the United States in a marketing position promoting licensure preparation for physical therapy students. During her travel and interaction with numerous clients she learned the importance of paying attention to details and understanding the uniqueness of each client’s needs. She applies these lessons learned to her real estate career.
Geri’s decision to change careers was based upon her fascination with homes of all types and the satisfaction she gets from helping her clients find their dream home. Joining Geri at Classified Realty is Lisa Santilli of Olde Coach Road. She and her husband, Mike, are the proud parents of two children. Lisa is a lifetime resident of the North Reading and has been involved in a number of community projects and activities; including: The Hood School Council, The North Reading Middle School Parents’ Association, and past member of The Citizens’ Scholarship Foundation of North Reading, past member of Historic District Commission.
Prior to launching her real estate career, Lisa graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She credits her background in corporate accounting and financial analysis for her strong attention to detail and her exceptional organizational and analytical skills. Lisa applies a corporate business approach, by taking advantage of every available computer and internet technology tool, to best serve her clients. Most importantly, she recognizes the need to build a strong personal relationship with her clients…a relationship built on trust, honesty, and integrity.
