Classified Realty Annual Awards Event
NORTH READING, Mass. (January 20, 2012)
Classified Realty Group Recognizes Outstanding Agents of the Year.
Last week Classified Realty Group held its annual meeting and awards breakfast to recap the prior year, to plan for the New Year, to celebrate a successful 2011, and to recognize the accomplishments of the company’s 2011 top producers. Agents receiving awards were Geri Farrelly, Lisa Santilli, Audrey & Jerry Giuliano.
Three top producer awards were presented to Geri Farrelly, Lisa Santilli, Audrey Giuliano, and Jerry Giuliano. Geri Farrelly a lifetime resident of North Reading was presented with the award for overall sales volume. Geri’s success is a direct result of her knowledge of the market, her outstanding work ethic, and her reputation for no nonsense transactions. Geri’s clients appreciate her willingness to protect their interests and to put their needs above her own.
Lisa Santilli also received a top producer award for her outstanding work. Lisa is a “lifer” in North Reading and she has been selling real estate in town for the past 10 years. Lisa is known for her steady temperament, her thorough knowledge of the industry, and her professionalism.
The final award winners were Jerry and Audrey Giuliano of The Greens Team. They were recognized for their outstanding work at the Greens, where they also reside. The Greens Team has been the top producer at the Greens for the past 3 years. Their clients appreciate their professional approach, thorough knowledge of the properties, and their tremendous attention to detail. Audrey & Jerry have been focusing primarily on the Greens since 2006.
This year’s awards presentation was particularly meaningful to the members of Classified Realty Group as the company was once again the leading real estate agency in North Reading for 2011. When asked why her firm continues to be the market leader, Classified Realty’s broker/owner Maureen Giuliano attributed her company’s continued success to her agents and their involvement in the community along with her company’s strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and discretion. “It’s simply easier to sell homes in a market in which you live because there’s a thorough understanding of all facets of the community. Also, our agents are handpicked to ensure their commitment to practicing our core principles and values. Our clients know they can rely upon our agents to honor their privacy and to be discreet in handling their transactions. It really matters.”
When asked about the 2012 outlook for North Reading real estate, Maureen Giuliano hinted at cautious optimism. “Let’s face it. The economy is still in recovery mode and that has tremendous impact on the market. However, we’re fortunate here in North Reading. Prices didn’t drop as much as many other communities and prices have begun to stabilize. 2012 should see continued price stabilization and perhaps modest gains. We’re very optimistic about 2012. In fact, we’re anticipating our best year in business and good things for the North Reading market.”
