I recently sold my condo through your agency and while I view this simply as a business transaction, I just have to comment on the truly exceptional service that I received from Jerry and Audrey Giuliano. I decided to list my property back in February, 2010 thinking that it would take a long time to sell due to the current market pressures. I thought about trying to sell it myself but decided against that. In my subsequent search for a realtor, I really had no idea who to use until I remembered seeing a mailer from Jerry and Audrey. I had always seen them walking together in my neighborhood at The Greens; they seemed like nice people but we never really knew each other. After giving them a call,I immediately became aware that not only were they fantastic people but they were true real estate professionals who could help me - I was hooked after meeting with them for 5 minutes.

Believe me, my unit was no Taj Mahal and needed some updating but Jerry and Audrey respectfully advised me what I needed to do and not to do to my property to prepare it for sale. They were truly fantastic to deal with and handled all the little things that I would never have even thought of and which I certainly did not have time for. From arranging the broker and buyer open houses to dealing with the fire department, the condo association, prospective buyers and even attorneys, their interactions with all the other parties involved in the sale of my unit was a lifesaver for me...
