Shawn McEntee’s passion for residential real estate was sparked after he purchased his first home – a process he remembers as daunting and overwhelming. This first-hand experience drives him to work tirelessly on behalf of his clients, communicating every step of the way throughout the home buying or selling process.
He thrives on staying informed for his clients. In addition to reading about and researching the market, Shawn has gained certifications in the industry to offer his clients additional support and insight. These include a Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) designation, the premier credential in seller representation, and a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, a specialization focused on property pricing skills.
A native of Brooklyn, New York, Shawn moved to Massachusetts to attend college and never left. He has made North Reading his home and loves the community. He holds a BS in Cardio Pulmonary Sciences from Northeastern University and a BS in Nursing from Curry College. He draws from his nursing background, which includes guiding people through the most difficult situations in their lives, to help his real estate clients. Recognizing that a home sale or purchase is usually the largest financial transaction that people make in their lifetime, his goal is to help clients navigate the process without the stress.
When he’s not working, Shawn enjoys playing pick-up hockey.
