On Wednesday January 24th, Classified Realty held its 18th annual new year launch meeting and awards ceremony to celebrate the accomplishments of all sales agents at Classified Realty and to especially honor those who reached some extraordinary sales milestones.
Maureen Giuliano, the Broker/Owner of Classified Realty presented the awards. The first awards were given in recognition of Team Accomplishments. Receiving the Double Platinum Elite Club Member award was the Susan Gormady Group whose team reached over $30 Million in sales. Team members include, Susan Gormady (Reading), and Jamie Conn (Wilmington).
The Quinlan Team received the Double Platinum Club Member award for 2023 sales totaling $20 Million. Team members include Matt Quinlan (North Andover) and Sonya Quinlan (North Andover) and Meghan Endicott (North Andover).
The Kennedy Team received the Platinum Club for sales totaling over 15 million. Team members include Felicia-Giuliano Kennedy (Reading) & John Seamus Kennedy (Reading).
Upon completion of the team awards, individual awards were presented. Receiving the Platinum Club Award for over $15 Million sales volume was Laurie Cappuccio (North Reading). Laurie was our top selling individual agent for 2023! Gold Club Member award winner for reaching over $10 Million was Katie Varney (Reading) . Gina Bourikas (Wakefield), Lisa Santilli (Middleton) and Shawn McEntee (North Reading) were recipients of the Silver Club Member award for sales over $5 million.
The meeting concluded with a few remarks from Maureen. When discussing the market outlook for 2024, Maureen said, “The lack of inventory along with less than favorable interest rates made 2023 a challenging year for us; but we made the most of it. We continued to build our brand recognition along with our market share while improving our industry leading sales and marketing tools. We’ve positioned our company and ourselves for success as I expect more of the same in 2024 as the market continues trending toward pre-Covid normalcy.”
