Top Producing Real Estate Agents At Classified Realty Group In 2020
Classified Realty Group’s Founder/Broker Maureen Giuliano recently traveled “door to door” to recognize the residential real estate company’s top sales agents in 2020. Typically, Giuliano brings the whole team together at Classified’s North Reading office to review the previous year and recognize special accomplishments. This year, however, with COVID-19 precautions in place, the larger in-person gathering was canceled, but Giuliano didn’t want to miss the opportunity to celebrate top agents and teams, so she hand-delivered the annual awards.
“It was a challenging year, to say the least. I’m proud of all of the agents for navigating 2020 with compassion and care for our clients, partners, and each other. Our team was more collaborative than ever, working together to implement safety protocols and remote transactions, and continuing to serve our clients’ real estate needs," said Giuliano, who noted that the company helped approximately 365 individuals and families with their home sale or purchase in 2020.

Top Producing Real Estate Agents At Classified Realty Group In 2019
2019 was a banner year for Classified Realty Group.
Sales increased 40% from the previous year, the company was the top-selling office in North Reading for the 9th consecutive year, and, for the first time, was the top-selling office in Reading. In addition to Reading and North Reading, Classified served families from 43 surrounding towns and 2 states.
Maureen Giuliano, Classified Realty’s broker-owner, expressed her gratitude for a record year, “thank you to our team of skilled and seasoned sales professionals and thank you to our business partners along with our fellow realtors who work for other agencies for making 2019 a year for the record books. It was our best year ever! Thank you most of all to the 325+ families who entrusted us with the responsibility of helping them move to their next home.”
In addition to expressing her gratitude, Maureen marveled at the sales team assembled around her.
“Utilizing state of the art technology, leveraging unparalleled market knowledge, and employing strong negotiating strategies hugely impacted our ability to serve our clients; but they pale in comparison to the importance of a talented and dedicated sales staff. In residential real estate, reaching a sales goal of $5M is a real milestone and quite an accomplishment. This year we had 2 agents with $5M, 2 over $10M, 2 over $15M, 3 over $20M and one agent who sold an astounding $33M. In my 25 years in real estate, I’ve never seen anything remotely similar to this level of individual success. I am very fortunate to be surrounded by such a talented group of agents.
